Hello friends! In today’s blog, I’m going to share all the secret tips to easily push your rank to Grandmaster in Free Fire’s Battle Royale (BR) ranked matches. These are the exact tips that top players use every time to secure a Booyah. I collected these 10 tricks from my region’s Top 9 player, these are real secrets, so don’t tell anyone! Let’s start from number 10 and cover every point in detail.
10: Analysing Lobby and Plane Direction
The game begins with the plane. Grandmaster players don’t waste time shooting or jumping around in the plane. Their chances of winning increase by 50% right from there.
What to do?
- Use all 40 seconds after entering the lobby.
- Analyze the lobby: see what kind of players have joined (strong or not).
- Open the mini-map and check the plane’s direction.
- Plan your strategy accordingly and mark the landing location.
Common mistake: players start thinking about where to land after the plane starts, by then it’s too late, and they miss the perfect spot. Decide everything in the lobby itself!
9: Perfect Landing and Landing Location
Even if you mark your landing spot in the lobby, failing to land perfectly can cost you the game.
Right time to jump: when the game shows the eject symbol, jump then to land exactly on your mark.
Location rule: always land far from the plane’s direction (it’ll be safer).
Example: if the plane is moving from the reverse side toward Mars Electric, then safe options are via zipline to Sosaa, Bullseye, Graveyard, or Observatory.
If you can’t reach far directly, use game experience (like launching from Catalyst Garage).
Problem solving: if you see strong players in the lobby, change your strategy. Gather basic loot before fighting, and loot quickly after landing!
8: Perfect Time for Rush and Fight
After looting, it’s the best time to find enemies and secure kills.
Why? During the first two zones after landing, you get an auto-revive chance (heart symbol), that’s your extra lifeline. Rush confidently and get more kills.
If you die: you’ll revive, but don’t land in the same place (enemy will camp near your loot box). Choose a different location.
Example: after dying in Pochinok, landed in a new spot, got short + long-range guns, heard footsteps, and finished with double barrel!
7: Best Characters
There are many characters in the game, but only a few are special for BR. Create your own combo, but make sure to include 1–2 from these:
Maro: best across the map. Deals 25% extra damage to distant enemies; finish fast with the right gun.
Misha: great for solo rank push. Hard to target while driving, takes less damage, helps in safe zone entry and location change.
- Nero (OB51 Update): throws a plushie that creates an 8m circle where no glue walls work and deals 16 HP damage per second (192 HP in 12 seconds). Perfect for third-party fights.
- Reen: throws a kunai when dealing damage; breaks glue walls and stops enemy healing; ensures long-range confirmed kills.
- Kairos: finishes enemies with fewer bullets, destroys vest and helmet, and can down enemies with S80 in two shots.
- Leela: when enemies use vehicles, reduces their speed by 80% on fire, and they can’t escape.
- Other useful ones: Suzy, Iris, Paloma, Nikita, K, Oscar, Skyler, Homer, all help in BR.
6: Best Loadout
After the update, there are 4 new loadouts:
- Enhance Hammer: crafting hammer; for 600 coins, upgrade your gun fully (attachments included), works for teammates too.
- Tactical Market: a moving market, includes Arsenal, Character Skill, Pet, Launchpad, and Info Box. New: Bolt Maker (constant damage in open areas).
- Team Booster: spend coins to get 3 slots, EP/HP/Speed/Armor boost; if one teammate uses it, it affects the whole team.
- Super Leg Pocket: gives good vest + helmet, bonfire, and extra loot capacity upon landing. Use your loadout effectively!
5: Use Resources Like a Pro
Play smart and use every resource perfectly:
- Vending Machine: Use the info box to predict the next zone.
- Turret: in solo mode, acts as a guard, damages and marks enemies.
- Scanner: use in doubtful areas to detect exact enemy positions (example: finish using Winchester).
- Monster Airdrop: vehicle + moving cover; helps in open situations.
4: Zone Rotation
Even if you play well, you may not survive in the final zone because of wrong rotation!
Wrong way: entering straight into the zone, 90% death chance, exposed from all sides.
Right way: enter from one side, keeping back and one side safe.
Attack from the front or one side to control the fight.
Example: small zone with 12 players; entered Mill from the side rotation and took out two enemies.
3: Take Advantage of Arsenal
Good kills + loot = survival. Don’t ignore Arsenal; it gives extra advantages and helps you win easily.
2: Use Vehicle
With new skills, gadgets, and weapons like S80, if you get spotted in open areas, it’s tough to survive.
Smart use: use vehicles for location changes or zone entry, it’s the safest option.
1: How to Get a Booyah
Don’t expose yourself in the end zone.
Example: solo match, 3 players (you + 2 enemies).
Don’t fire first; keep your location hidden.
Let the two enemies fight each other.
When one is damaged, third-party them and finish easily. The third party always takes both!
These were the top 10 tips! Use them to improve your gameplay and win rate in BR.
