Free Fire Max has finally released the complete roadmap of its biggest upcoming tournament, Free Fire Max Asia Invitational 2025 (FFMAI 2025). This time, the tournament format is bigger, more competitive, and a bit controversial. Matches will be played in both BR and CS modes, and top teams from multiple countries will compete against each other.

A total of 18 countries’ 18 teams will take part in the tournament. Some will come through qualifiers while others will be directly invited.

FFMAI 2025 Full Schedule (BR + CS)

The tournament will be conducted in two parts:

  • BR (Battle Royale) Mode
  • CS (Clash Squad) Mode

Both have their separate dates and formats.

1. BR Mode Full Schedule

BR Qualifiers: 5–7 December 2025

In three days, 18 teams will play and only the Top 10 teams will qualify for the BR Main Event.

  • Day 2 – 6 Dec: Group A vs Group B
  • Day 3 – 7 Dec: Group A vs Group C

All 18 teams will be divided into three groups A, B, C (6 teams each).

Grand Finals – 14 December 2025

  • Top 12 teams from the Main Event will play the Grand Finals
  • Remaining 6 teams → Eliminated

Grand Final Format – Champion Trust Format

The team that performs the best throughout the entire tournament will be crowned the FFMAI 2025 Champion.

2. CS Mode (Clash Squad)

The Top 16 teams from the BR Main Event will participate.

Format: Single Elimination (Best of 3)

  • Total 16 teams → Bracket Format
  • Each match Best of 3
  • Losing team → Immediately eliminated
  • Winning team → Moves to next round

Structure

  • Round 1 → 8 Matches
  • Winners → Quarter Final
  • Quarter Final → Semi Final
  • Semi Final → Grand Final

The team that wins the Final will be crowned the CS Champion.

FFMAI 2025 Prize Pool (Estimated)

Though the official prize pool has not been announced yet, reports suggest it could be around: ₹40–50 lakh (estimated) Garena may release the official prize pool soon.

Some teams have received direct invites, while others must go through qualifiers.
