Free Fire OB51 Update All Changes and New Features

Hello gamers! The Free Fire OB51 update is coming soon, and its Advance Server has already been released. This update brings many exciting changes that will make the gameplay even more fun. Today we’ll talk about all the major changes. These updates have been tested on the Advance Server and include new UAVs, guns, characters, settings, and event-related features. Let’s go through them in detail.

1. New Glove UAV: Strengthens the Gloo Wall

A new type of Glove UAV is coming. This will strengthen your gloo wall. For example, if your wall is damaged, using this UAV will restore it within a few seconds. The best part is that once you use the UAV, the wall becomes so strong that no matter how much firing happens, it won’t break.

2. Arsenal Upgrade Option: See More Guns

In the Arsenal, you can spend 800 coins to upgrade. Normally, you see 3 guns each on the left and right sides, but after upgrading, you’ll get 2 extra on both sides (a total of 4 extra guns). If you don’t like the outside guns, you can spend 800 coins to refresh and check again. But note: this upgrade is only for viewing, you’ll still need to pay extra to unlock them. Some users felt this was useless, since instead of spending 800 coins, you could just add 200 more and unlock a good gun directly.

3. New Character Nero: Active Skill with Seal Circle

A new character named Nero is coming with an active skill. He has a hero-like hairstyle, and his ability is impressive. When activated, it creates a seal-type circle where no one can use gloo walls – not the enemy, not teammates, not even you. Enemies inside the circle take 12 damage per tick. How the damage works inside and outside the shield will need separate testing.

4. New Gun: WinChester

A new gun WinChester is coming, which looks like the AC80 but has the soul of a shotgun. It fires in burst mode – two bullets, a pause, then two more. Reload style is different. Damage goes up to 80 per hit, but against strong vests it’s about 50–60. It’s a marksman-type weapon, but not as good as the AC80.

5. New Control Settings Option: Cooldown Time

Controls will now show the cooldown time (in seconds) for active-skill characters (like 35–36 seconds). This will help players know when the skill is ready again and improve fighting strategy. This seems like a very useful feature.

6. New Weapon Shops in the Game

Weapon shops will now appear at different places in the map, like the Haveli area near Clock Tower. Here you’ll get 2 free guns. Other locations will have them too. This will make gameplay easier and more fun.

7. Revival Point Colour Change

Revival points are now yellow, making them more visible. Whether the revived player spawns from above or below in solo mode isn’t very clear yet.

8. Last Zone and Event Changes

The last zone now looks fiery and dangerous, like a fireball on the minimap. In the center, you’ll see a trophy, which could be related to the World Series event. When you win a match, the trophy will appear in both CS and full maps. Throughout the game, cards will be shown on the top, but some players felt this was annoying since it stays from start to end. This seems to be part of an event and is temporary.

9. Rating in Full Map Rank

After ranked matches, a rating will now be shown, similar to what was earlier available only in CS. Now it will also be in BR Rank.

10. Social Island Changes

There are some small changes in Social Island during event time. A “Nearby Mic” option is visible, which was supposed to come in the previous update but didn’t – it might be added this time.

11. Weapon Flame Effect

Some guns (like AC80, ParaFAL) will now show flame effects when firing. This won’t be on short-range weapons. This is part of an event, not a permanent gun update.

12. New Loadouts

Four new types of loadouts with different abilities are being introduced. They’ll work differently in CS and full map modes. These were also available in earlier events, and will again be part of an event.

13. Recording in Training Ground

Now you’ll be able to record and save gameplay in Training Mode too, which wasn’t possible before. You can track kills and more.

14. Surfboard in CS

In CS mode, you can buy a surfboard for 300 coins, which lets you move around and jump with style. On double jump, you can do a 360-degree rotation. Good for fun.
